Badlands BBQ: A Barbecue Haven in Norco, CA

Wonderful place for BBQ. We have a high stand for BBQ as St. Louisian. So far it is the best I had in the west coast. We have tried many BBQ shops including those locals with high hypes, but this one, it is the one we love the most. The rib has meat falling off the bone. The brisket is juicy. Pulled pork is tender too. Sides are good too. Fries are crispy and slaws are fresh. The only miss is corn bread — a bit dry to me. I also wish their sauce options are more than 2 choices! But anyway, 5 stars for sure.

The long line at the counter and a full dining area were a good sign of things to come. Food was very good although the cornbread was a bit on the dry side. Was disappointed that spare ribs were only on Friday (we were there on a Saturday). Brisket had a good smoke ring and was tender but was not very warm. Pulled pork was good as was the chicken. The sides were also good. Overall worth a visit. Counter service only, there is a sit down side with a separate entrance.

I ordered a Badlands loaded potato with brisket, the meat flavor was delicious and tender. Great quality! but the food portion was minimal. Potato temperature was warm and got cold too fast , missing the foil paper. I had a sample of their Mac and cheese, it was a bit spicy and not so cheesy a bit dry on flavor. My order was $20.00 dollars and I definitely didn’t have a great food experience. I do recommend their loaded nachos with brisket.

The food was abundant and delicious! Each meal was more than enough for 2 to share. We all had take home doggy bags and enough for a dinner meal. Please consider ordering family style if you have a large party. You can also call ahead.

Exceptional barbecue and even better customer service! We ordered the brisket and pulled pork as well as a loaded baked potato. It was excellent. Alicia was extremely helpful and honest. She treated us like family. We will definitely be back for not only the excellent BBQ, but the exceptional customer service! Highly recommended.

This restaurant was recommended by one of our friends, so today we decided to visit for lunch. We were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by an associate. We decided to order some brisket nachos, a brisket meal, and a badlands sandwich which has 3 different types of meat and comes with a side. The portions were HUGE, and everything was absolutely delicious. After overfilling our appetites we still had a lot of leftovers. The price for the food is pretty reasonable for the amount that is served (IMO). The service was great two servers checked on us 3 times while we were dining in. Atmosphere is loud but not annoying loud. Wood tables are definitely nice and go well with the whole BBQ restaurant theme. Clean and very friendly environment with great customer service. We shall definitely be coming back very soon. It was definitely money well spent. Overall, this place is WAYY better than Lucille’s, Texas Roadhouse, or any other BBQ place we have visited in the past Thank you!

I got Double Brisket Combo, crazy amount of food I was stufffffed. The sides are all rlly good standouts are the fries, macaroni and cheese, and the garlic mashed potatoes. Brisket was super juicy and fall apart tender, super flavorful as well with their really good housemade bbq sauce. Service was great and atmosphere was really inviting. Overall recommend this place to anyone.

First time here. Food and atmosphere here was excellent, grandparents loved it and would come back again. Madison was super kind and helpful for my first visit. Family and I shared a double meat ‘threat’ , a Cobb salad with brisket, and a brisket quesadilla. Seating is competitive, but once sat you’re in for great bbq.
